We offer three transparent pricing tiers: Basic ($99) includes diagnostics and a 1-month warranty, Standard ($199) includes diagnostics, a 3-month warranty, and a follow-up visit, and Premium ($299) includes diagnostics, a 6-month warranty, and priority scheduling. Parts are additional if needed. We always provide a complete price before starting any work.
The diagnostic fee is included in your chosen plan tier. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived — you only pay for the repair plan and any parts needed.
Yes! We offer same-day service when available across all our service areas. For the best availability, call us in the morning. We also offer next-day appointments if same-day slots are full.
We serve Central Florida including Palm Coast (32137, 32164), Daytona Beach (32114, 32117-32119), New Smyrna Beach (32168, 32169), Port Orange (32127, 32129), Deltona (32725, 32738), and Sanford (32771, 32773). Our coverage spans Volusia, Flagler, and Seminole counties.
No. All cities within our primary service area are covered at the same flat rate. There are no trip charges, mileage fees, or travel surcharges.
Every repair includes a warranty on parts and labor. The length depends on your plan: Basic includes 1 month, Standard includes 3 months, and Premium includes 6 months. If anything goes wrong within the warranty period, we come back and fix it at no charge.

Most repairs are completed in 1-2 hours during a single visit. If a rare or special-order part is needed, we'll schedule a follow-up as soon as the part arrives — usually within a few business days.
As a general rule, if your appliance is less than 50-60% through its expected lifespan and the repair cost is under half the replacement price, repair is usually the better value. We'll give you an honest recommendation based on the specific situation — we never push replacement when a repair will do.
Our standard hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM and Saturday 9AM-4PM. For urgent situations, call us and we'll do our best to accommodate same-day service. Our Premium plan includes priority scheduling for the fastest response.
Clear the area around the appliance so we can access it easily. Note any error codes displayed. If possible, have the appliance model number ready (usually on a sticker inside the door or on the back). Don't attempt to disassemble anything — we'll handle it from there.
Yes. After diagnosing the issue, we provide a clear verbal and written estimate before starting any work. You approve the price first — we never begin repairs without your explicit consent.
