He's a certified technician with deep expertise in both residential and commercial units, and he's worked on every major brand you can name: Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Kenmore, Maytag, KitchenAid, Bosch, and Sub-Zero.

After years of working in the industry and watching other companies cut corners — inflated quotes, unnecessary part replacements, confusing invoices, technicians who didn't care — Kirill had enough. In 2023, he founded Appliance Doctor with one simple promise: diagnose accurately, fix it right the first time, and never upsell.

That philosophy hasn't changed. Kirill still personally handles the most complex repairs and oversees every job that goes out the door. When your appliance breaks, he treats it like it's his own — because his name is on the business, and your trust is what keeps it running.
